I am currently the only resident of a fairly large 4 zone house heated by oil. There are 2 floors with a 2 thermostats on each floor. The furnace is in the basement.
I only live in one zone of the house so I only heat that one to save money(to about 67 degrees F). The other zones I keep at like 50 degrees F.
Would this damage my heating system at all because they’re not designed to be used this way?
